How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Each PC is hand-built and rigorously tested. Orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days, followed by standard transit times depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my Build Redux system?
All our systems come with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty to ensure your hardware is protected against defects and performance issues.
Are the components used in the builds brand name?
Yes, we only use high-quality, industry-standard components from trusted brands like NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, and ASUS to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more regions in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the system must be returned in its original packaging.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Yes, our systems are designed to be easily upgradable. Opening your case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, though damage caused by third-party components is not covered.
