At Build Redux, we stand by the quality of our custom PCs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our restocking guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to ensure the components are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your System

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and original configuration, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
